Chrysanthemum, forget-me-not, fern, daisy, cornflower, violet, thistle, narcissus, dahlia are masterfully declined in earrings, brooches, necklaces, cuffs or rings, the jewelers and craftsmen of the house having used all kinds of stones colors, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, amethysts, peridots and many more.

But it is unquestionably the brooches or lapel clips (or "pin" in American) that best lend themselves to the naturalistic and floral theme so much used by the house of Van Cleef and Arpels since the 1920s...

In all, around a hundred pieces, made between the 1920s and the 2000s, from the heritage collection and contemporary jewelry of Van Cleef & Arpels, are on display.

In order to highlight its Haute Joaillerie creations and its exceptional know-how, the Maison Van Cleef & Arpels invites us to take a walk in an imaginary garden, a veritable kaleidoscope dotted with photos of flowers and mirrors.

Here, the works of Japanese photographer Mika Ninagawa rub shoulders with pieces of jewelry in a scenography designed by the architect Tsuyoshi Tane.
